Today RocketAir is publicly announcing our four-day workweek policy.
This workplace innovation, which has been in place since August 2022, aims to increase productivity to maintain momentum for clients, while also attracting and retaining top talent in the creative industry.
After piloting the four-day workweek last year, metrics showed an increase across the company in team member wellbeing, work relationships, and impact and productivity. Instrumental to this new way of working is the agency's billing model, which is based on creative output produced rather than time spent.
Says Founder and CEO Taylor Rosenbauer: "One of our core principles at RocketAir is People First. It’s really important to us that we’re creating a culture that truly supports our team’s mental wellbeing. We all have so much passion for what we do, but the last thing we want is for anyone to get burnt-out. A shorter workweek encourages our team to work more efficiently and gives them the flexibility and time to recharge and connect with whatever drives them as a creative."
